Truck Drivers In Short Supply as Inventories Increase

According to www.ttnews.com, in its Beige Book report released Oct. 14,
2015, the Federal Reserve has noted a shortage in truck drivers in areas
across the country, but especially in New York, St. Louis, and Kansas City.
The article explains that “the survey is based on reports gathered by
regional Fed banks to give an anecdotal picture of the economy” and that the
“overall economy continued to expand across most sectors and regions of the
country from mid-August through early October.”
