What distinguishes ICC Logistics Services from the rest of the field is their desire to understand their client’s business enabling them to be more proactive to ever changing industry conditions. They are always able to adjust their processes to meet my company’s requirements; which is invaluable. We were introduced to ICC’s parcel audit and negotiating services and are extremely satisfied with the results. We simply signed an agreement, notified our current service provider and a few weeks later we were receiving refunds.
