According to supplychain247.com, “three weeks after initiating a coordinated series of slowdowns that have mired the major West Coast ports of Tacoma, Seattle, Oakland, Los Angeles and Long Beach, the ILWU has pushed away from the bargaining table.”
The article reports that the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) has ceased contract negotiations for the next 12 days (starting today through the end of the Thanksgiving weekend).

His responsibilities will include business development for both locations; which include the territories of Long Island, New York, Raleigh/Durham, Charlotte and Wilmington, North Carolina and supporting customer services in Freight Carrier Benchmarking, Target Pricing and Contract Optimization.
Prior to ICC, Mr. Nodjoumi was an account executive for Brown & Brown Insurance in Garden City, NY where he supported client needs for property and casualty insurance. He personally managed over one hundred accounts in the not-for-profit, religious and recreation service industries. Prior to that, Mr. Nodjoumi worked as an account executive with Frank Crystal & Company in New York, NY where he primarily supported clients with obtaining property and casualty insurance for financial institutions and hedge funds. Mr. Nodjoumi started his client services career at UBS Investment Bank in New York, NY where he worked with the Consumer Group Department assisting various investment bankers with financial analysis for major retailers around the world.
