Since joining ICC Logistics in 2022, Tim has had tremendous success with helping ICC clients drive down their Transportation and Logistics expenses. Besides concentrating on traditional cost reduction opportunities, like Auditing and Contract Optimization, Tim has been focused on new and creative ways to drive down Logistics costs for clients. These include deep dives into packaging, alternative carrier options, warehousing and fulfillment options, and more. Tim always utilizes a consultative approach when working with customers that helps to identify cost reduction opportunities that contribute to our clients success. Given the level of support and commitment that Tim delivers to customers, along with the quality of results that he has driven, he has been granted a new title of Chief Client Success Officer for ICC Logistics.
